ezCardInfo Details

eZCardInfo is a secured site for members to access their IEG Federal Credit Union credit card account for detailed information, to electronically pay their credit card bill, to shop online, and to perform other tasks. Here's what a member can do:

Account Summary

Members can get a snapshot of their credit card account as of the date and time displayed with the following information:

  • Available Credit
  • Available Summary
  • Credit Limit
  • Cardholder Since
  • Minimum Payment Due
  • Payment Due Date
  • Amount and Date of Last Payment

A detailed list of all transactions since the last statement is also available.

Statements

Members can access up to 18 months of account statements history. Select the statement to review from a list of closing dates in the previous summaries drop down menu. View transaction details from the statements page by clicking on an individual transaction. From the transaction detail screen, assign expense categories and add memos to the transaction. The memo feature is a handy tool for record keeping.

Members can also download transaction information to a money management program. Download files include transaction information, merchant addresses, memos, and category information.

Pay Bill Online

Members can securely pay their credit card bill from the Bill Payment page of eZCardInfo. Members will need to supply their IEG Federal Credit Union account information:

Type of account:
Share Draft (checking) or Share (savings)
Name on account:
Name that appears on their IEG account.
Account number:
Their Share or Share draft account number.
Routing transit number:
321378699 (IEG FCU's routing number).
Payment amount:
Minimum amount, balance due or specified amount.

Payment transactions entered online by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed that business day and will be reflected on the account the next business day.

Set Alerts

Members can have eZCardInfo inform you of specific events. Set up as many alerts as needed, and eZCardInfo will send an e-mail notification when the event occurs. Members can set alerts for any of the following credit card account events:

  • The credit limit is reached or exceeded.
  • A new statement is available.
  • Balance is within a certain amount of credit limit.
  • Balance exceeds or drops below a certain amount.
  • A payment, credit, or return posts to account.
  • A posted item exceeds a certain amount.

Members can also select the “send an alert on this date" option to have eZCardInfo e-mail a reminder of any date or occasion. After a member submits an alert, it is added to their "Alerts you've saved" list. After an event occurs and notification has been sent, the alert is deactivated and remains in the list of saved alerts. Alerts that have been sent are listed along with the date on which the event occurred. Cardholders can also reset alerts; eZCardInfo will send an e-mail when the event occurs again. When an alert is no longer needed, it may be deleted. from the list

Find Transactions

Members can search their credit card account for information using the following criteria:

  • Transaction type.
  • Merchant name.
  • Expense category.
  • Transaction memo.
  • Transaction amount.
  • Date posted since.

Once a search is completed, members can save the search criteria, eliminating the need to reenter the criteria.

Reports

Members can track their credit card expenses by creating, viewing, and printing reports. Members can view the ten merchants they spent the most with, or the ten most expensive purchases charged, or the ten expense categories most spent in. They can view reports in table or chart format. Once a report is generated, it can be saved for later viewing.

Cardholder Profile

Members can change their e-mail address, password, or disable their IEG Federal Credit Union credit card online.

24 Hour Convenience

Along with the basic features mentioned above, there is no charge for the use of this service. Members of IEG Federal Credit Union can access this service anywhere at their convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


To use eZCardInfo, enroll:

New User Enrollment Page

To access the eZCardInfo system, a member must first enroll. To enroll, a member must provide the following:

  • Credit card account number
  • Name as it appears on card (the primary cardholder's name)
  • Telephone number
  • Social security number of the primary cardholder
  • ZIP code/postal code
  • Mother's maiden name
  • Card verification number (the last three-digits of the number on the back of the credit card)

The member will be prompted for a password to secure access to their account.
