Audio Response System - 24/7 Moneyline
Our data processor has informed us today (December 09, 2011) that the Audio Response System (24/7 Moneyline) is unavailable until further notice. It is suggested that our member's sign up for E-Banking. Member's will be able to view and print their statements, check their share and loan balances, make transfers 24/7 via the internet.

Problems with Debit Card PIN Transactions
December 9, 2011
Some members have had their PIN transactions for purchases declined. A situation has occurred with a payment systems network with which we are NOT associated. They will be doing a partial fix this evening (12/09/11 evening) that should fix most of our PIN based transaction problems. The final fix is scheduled for Sunday evening. We will continue to follow up with this situation. In the mean time, members are assured their debit cards will always work as a "Credit" Transaction.

Notice of Non-Visa Pinless Debit Transations
You may use your Visa Debit Card to initiate both Visa debit transactions and non-Visa debit transactions without using a personal identification number (PIN) to authenticate the transactions.
To initiate a Visa debit transaction, you may sign a receipt, provide a card number or swipe your card through a point-of-sale (POS) terminal and choose to route the transaction over a Visa network.
